Newbie LS swap convert from the UK
Hi . Been reading this forum almost continuously for a while now and found all your posts so helpful. Thanks.
I bought a 1952 Chevy 3600 Truck it was stock so was going to go SBC 5speed . Started finding out about LS motors and this is the latest.
Rear axle 8.8 ford with 3.7 and discs.
Front axle stock beam with vented ,slotted discs (rotors)
Dual circuit brakes with booster using stock pedals.
Gearbox T56 6 speed (cut selectors and made shifter work through the inspection panel to keep bench seat)
Engine LS2 2005 stock at the moment but with headers and 92 fast throttle body.
ECU ms3 from EFI Source
I'm just sorting out the fuel system at the moment with corvette filter/regulator and Bosch 044 pump.
Tried my best to keep truck looking rough.
Plans are to use it a lot as a daily driver. Then go boosted and try the flying mile.
I look forward to being a more active member of this forum.
