Default LS swapping in Midland, TX

Hello everyone, I am Adam. I live in Midland, TX, moved here from Northern CA two years ago for work. I brought with me a 1973 Monte Carlo that I had originally intended to do a 383 and TH400 in but started getting interest in the LS swap for reliability while keeping HP potential, I plan to drive the car A LOT when it is done. I recently acquired a LM7 5.3 for the car and am swapping it over to an LS6 intake and will back it with a 4L80E. I am doing all of the work as time and finances allow so it will likely not be an incredibly quick process. I've been lurking here for a while now and love the wealth of information available here. Looking forward to sharing my build with everyone and continuing to learn as I go!

welcome to site. the monte engine bay swallow that pretty good. Hard to go back to sbc after driving the Ls power cars/trucks. I have 2 swaps running but yet to finish either 100%. Most is small details. A lot of great swap mounts on ebay as well headers.
