Drove my Firebird around the block Hello everybody.
It's been three years with my '02 Bird and I've combed this forum many times for advice. I got the 3.8L / 5 sp combo for gas mileage, it's my daily driver. Nice rust free garage kept car and probably first owned by a mechanic's wife, although intermediate owner warped the brakes and wore the tires bald before I got it. It's in nice shape now but not without some mechanical "adventures," which I'll be posting about later. I've been to Toronto and back with it several times now, and to Maine as well, and recently earned a sticker that says "This Car Climbed Mount Washington."

Cool, welcome to LS1tech! My daily driver is also a v6 Firebird because of the cheaper gas.
