Hi, first Chevy motor, got a 5.3 turbo build project Hi Guys,
Long time muscle car fan, always had Fords. Decided I want to play with something new so I picked up an L33 5.3 for my turbo E85 Fox project.
I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions been new to the Vortec / LS world.
Like what intake should I put on this motor? LS6?
What oil pan & pick up? Fbody Camaro?
What size injectors is common on these cars making 700 ~ 800 whp on E85?
I could get an HP tuners and tune the stock ECU (I do my own tuning) but I'm leaning more towards something aftermarket for this setup so I can get extra features like boost control. Holley EFI the way to go?
So many questions.... I look forward to learning something new.
