Deathrowracing

New to this forum! have always read post but never bothered to comment on any.. but I'm in a new ball game now and need help! just built a F1 procharged 408 Lq4 with a turbo 400 / moser 12bolt.. ALSO just installed holley EFI and have yet to been able to crank it for the first time.. looking for help on a base tune or trying to find my issue because I can not get it to start Nice to meet everyone!
