I sold my 1999 mystic teal z28 in April and had to drive around in my Camry and couldn't stand it anymore so instead of waiting until spring I went ahead and purchased a 2001 Torch Red Corvette z06 with 40,1xxx miles. I live in Ocean City Maryland. I did purchase a two year extended warranty so it looks like I am stuck with only doing exhaust and intake work until that runs out. Summer 2008 crusing around the beach here I come. I will be 25 by then but still young enough to pretend like I am still in College. If anybody comes by this way for vacation I am sure we can scare off a few of these ricers that tend to swarm around here.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like we have a lot from around the area. I am originally from Montgomery County but I look forward to next year when everyone gets a chance to get down here. Hopefully I won't still be totally stock for too long. Definitely a totally different animal than my z28, especially since that was a 2.73 automatic.

I am going to keep the stripes but thanks for at least giving me the motivation to get out in the cold and take care that banner. I figured today was as good a day as any to get that done even if there is a little snow on the ground.
