Default Help me!?

I just got done changing my plugs and wires. I did msd wires, and ngk tr55 plugs gapped at .05. When i was finished i checked to make sure all the wires were tight and that none of them were hitting the headers. When i took it for a test drive after i was done, it ran like a champ... (i had a cracked plug before changing them). but then when i was driving home from a friends house my car started to misfire really bad and it sounded like it was back firing everytime i let off the gas a little to change gears. With the hood open and in the dark i saw no arcing at all.
So now that it is running horribly after spending my friday night working on it i'm pretty dissapointed.

does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? i dont want to drive it until i get this fixed because it cant be good for it... the problem is that its my daily driver.

...btw its a 95 trans am, with PS LT's, and full exhaust. if that makes any difference.

Try gapping the plugs down to .45, might even have to go down to .40
