User Support & Resources - Want 2 post Lrg pics instead of thumbnail

everytime I try to post a pic it ends up a thumbnail instead of a large pic..What am i doing wrong please help !?

Host it online at a free pic hosting site then link to using the image tags...like this:

http://www.pichost.com/yourpic[/im_g]

Just don't use the underscores. Here are some free hosts:
