Re: New Pics of my side exhaust
It looks nice but sticks out a little too far for my taste. I have the same color car except Z28. I have borla on it now but had an idea. I was thinking of going with the x-pipe set up and coming out the sides like that with the stock black tips but make them run flush where you can barley see them. What do ya think? It would be original as far as I know.

It's a bit too much. Reminds me of an old '70 AAR 'Cuda.
I like the idea of making them more subtle by using the black rectangular Z28 tips. Tuck them up as high as you can and be sure they don't stick out too far. That would look pretty darned cool. Sometimes a good idea has to go through a few iterations before it really takes shape. Dont give up!

I dont know if I like that too much, if you could get side skirts that went around it like the rousch mustang, that would be hot.

Get some of the slash cut tips and turn them so that the line of the tip is parallel and flush with the body line. Had these on my '94 Camaro coming out the side behind the rear tires and I loved it. Or some stock Z/28 tips flush mounted would be cool.

Ditto the majority above. Need to be flush with the body, maybe wrapped in a side cover of some sort and definately slanted.
But it is nice to see that someone is thinking "outside the box."
Keep it up bro...

Re: New Pics of my side exhaust
I dunno, some of the ideas thrown out would improve the side exit exhaust. It is a bit much in it's current form.
To me, lowering the car out of it's 4x4 stance is much more of an improvement. Do that, then find low profile tips to accomodate... that is when you have mastered the look.
IMO
