Default Dash taken out, body control module in alarm mode?

I just took my dash out for installation of a roll cage. I still have my body control module hooked up, but obviously most everything else is unhooked. The BCM would sit an make a flikkering noise, and that red dash light would flash repeatedly. Is there a way to bypass this? What is it, car security crap? I have hp tuners...
I was unable to start the car.

Default

I figured it out today. After reading some on the VATS system, the BCM has issues with only the proper key or resistance being in. I started thinking, well i shouldnt have disconnected anything with the ignition, so i remembered when I took the dash out there was two nuts/studs with ground wires on them. I put them on and that must have either been for the bcm or something with an ignition circuit for the bcm. Problem solved car runs with dash out.
