Fueling & Injection - I think I am safe with fuel pump

I tried to do some research, I have mods in sig. With going with 42lb injectors will I need to replace the fuel pump? Just conserned with all this air and fuel being delivered will the stock fuel pump be efficient enought to supply enough fuel to the injectors?
