LT4 hot cam kit question
you can reuse your stock lifters correct?
and does that cam require a stall?
i know theyre better choices out there, just looking for something simple for my gf to enjoy. thanks

Stock lifters are good so long as you inspect them.
The stock cam benefits from a stall, I would not do this cam without one.
The supplied springs are insufficient for the heavier LT1 valves. The LT4 got special lightweight valves so it needed less spring.
On the stall I did a mild cam even smaller than the HOT and saw little gain from it till I gave it the supporting mods like stall. I made that mistake, no need for you to repeat it just take my word.

so with the supplied valvesprings in the kit will that create valve float? if the springs cannot pull the valves up fast enough?
and ive seen what a stall does for a stock lt1 its fu*knig amazing the diff it makes.

it doesnt require a stall but it doesnt hurt i drove around for a good 6 months on the stock converter with this cam. it was kind of a PITA when shifting from park to drive and keeping the car stationary. it would surge for a few seconds then smooth out which was annoying. also the car would want to push through the brakes when at a stop light. every once and a while it would kill the engine with the surging. the stall defniitaly helped a lot with those problems. there almost non existant now
so it depends on what the gf wants to deal with on a daily basis. i got used to it but it still was annoying
