Southern Members - 1/4 Mile tracks central mississippi?????

I was curious if anyone in the central mississippi area had been to the track located in Prentiss. I've heard a few things about it and haven't had a chance to run down there yet. I just got my car back together and wanted to see if I can make a few runs at the 12's.


Anyone been to the track to offer up in insight?
I know bout Hub City but I honestly don't feel like driving to Hattiesburg to make 7-8 passes and come back home.

It hooks pretty good, but there isn't a lot of shut down room. They also have problems with the timing system on a REGULAR basis. It's closer for me (from mcComb),but I still make the drive to hub.

x2, especially on the shut down room!! Other than that it is a pretty decent track.

my uncle and his friends like to go there bc its closer but the all have th350s. its an ok track dido on the shut down but i rather go to hub. bc they have better time slips. its not that bad from hazelhurst to there.

anybody heard any more on lena?

i don't think it will ever open :( and that sucks cauce i like lena

hub city is kick azz though hooks great i've been 9.4s @ 149 on my bike there but the shut down room could be longer

ya it suks..i had heard some guys from florida bought it and were gonna reopen it, but i guess it was b.s.:bang::mad:

Wish somebody would buy Tuscola (Lena)....
