Car noses over when tranny is under 140.. Why?

Car noses over when tranny is under 140.. Why? My car noses over for a split second just after launching, when the trans temp is below140 I have been noticing.
Is there something to program this out or is this something that we have to live with & warm it up in the lanes during colder months?
