Exclamation Buying a car that wont start need help

I'm looking at a 98 Camaro SS M6 with 49,000 miles on it for $5,000 a price too good for me to pass up. the car does have one problem, it doesn't start. So far i have noticed that the PCM BAT fuse keeps blowing the second you put a new fuse in it, and the car will crank but not start or sputter. Could this be a bad PCM? a bad ground? a short? any insight would be very appreciated.

what i would be worried about is how well it runs when it does start, its easy to get a car not to start. he could be hiding something, when you do get it started you might find out the motor is junk and there goes your good deal. dont pay for it untill you get this problem worked out, sorry cant help with it though

I would say take it to the dealer and they can diagnose the problem.
