Default rear end

i bought a rear end out of a 99 trans am but it dont have the plug in the top of the rearend.can i use the wiring harness off of that car

so i read the hole thing again.the question was asked can i just put the hole rearend in my car and work

Is what your talking about the ABS Sensor in the top?

ya that is it.i have the wiring harness and all can i just plug it in my wiring harness and my abs work

If you are really concerned, just unbolt yours from your Rearend, and switch it out. I don't see why the new one wouldn't work though..

I don't have any ABS in my car lol My front's are fritzed out and my rears, since I also have a 99+, aren't hooked up Mine are on the wheels though, not on the diff. My old one was on the diff.

I don't have any kind of Sensors at all on the 9"..makes everything really simple.
