Default Leo Barnaby has passed away.

Just found out about this, don't have any particulars but apparently he was involved in a car accident near his home and died shortly after from his injuries.
I was reading this:
http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=84670

He did quality work and he helped me alot with my set up.
He was a cool guy, I'm gonna miss him.

Woodbridge man found dead in field after hit-and-run

by Tom Haydon/The Star-Ledger Monday October 20, 2008, 5:35 PM

The body of a Woodbridge man was found in a field early Sunday morning by a man walking his dog, according to police.
Today, police said they believe Leo Barnaby, 40, died of head injuries sustained when his 1997 Mercury Cougar struck a dump truck and three parked vehicles late Saturday night, Lt. Thomas Gennarelli said.
Genarelli said the hit-and-run accident involving the dump truck took place on Rahway Avenue just before 11 p.m. Saturday. Officers investigating the crash also found three parked cars hit on Yale Avenue, where Barnaby lived, according to the lieutenant.
The damaged Cougar was parked in Barnaby's driveway, the airbag deployed, the windshield smashed, and the interior bloodied, the lieutenant said.
But officers were unable to find the driver until about 8:50 a.m. Sunday, when the man walking the dog called police to report a body in a field off Mereline Drive in the Avenel section of the township, not far from Barnaby's home.
An autopsy was scheduled for today.

Unhappy

I'd met Leo a few times at the tracks and have been to his old shop twice as well during car drop offs/pick ups. He was real good at what he did.

I got to meet Leo through racing and some mutual friends. He was a great guy to be around, always smiling.

God speed, my prayers to the Barnaby family.

He apparently walked off after parking at his house.
I don't get it either. I may find out more tonight at the wake.

How ironic is this. Leo drove 200+mph cars for a living and was never scathed. He drives on the street under normal conditions and gets killed. Life is fucked up sometimes!

Man that sucks.
I met Leo a few times down here in Florida, he helped me at the track one night with my Pro Streeter and was engaged to a friend of mine and my ex'es.
He was a great guy and will sadly be missed by many who knew him.
God bless his family.
