Default Upcoming Turbo Build Questions.

I am strongley considering doing a Turbo build on my 408 but not to certain about a few things and dont want the motor to go pop on my. I dont know all the details about the motor since I bought it from FFHP and never got a flow sheat and they went under. What I do know is that the car was built for TONS of Spray, running 11-1 comp. Has the TexasSpeed Giant cam in it, Patriot Stg 2 317s heads, Long tube headers, I have a AEM Wideband and for everything else just look at my sig..

I am about to get this:Garret 76mm Turbo compressor wheel
.55 A/R compressor housing
.96 A/R turbine housing
Journal, t4 flange.

Its brand new.

What I THINK I know I need.
1- Different heads but which ones
2- New intake?
3- Maybe new fuel rails depending on the intake
4- 60lb fuel injectors
5- Truck manifolds
6- blow down piping
7- blow off vlv
8- boost gage
9- Relocate battery to rear
10- Boost controller
11- thicker head gaskets to help lower comp. ratio
12- A second Fuel pump

Also how much boost is possible without blowing the motor?
I also am going to be replacing the fuel lines from front to rear so more fuel can flow.
I have incl. a pix of the engine bay to help show what is there and isnt.

I also have a built 6speed trans, stock 10bolt FOR NOW, getting a 9in in the spring.

Get a new cam. Lower the CR as much as possible. Intake is fine. Need to relocate alternator. battery doesnt need to be moved unless you plan on putting the turbo there.
