1.388 60' launch on his way to a run of 8.949 @ 157.08 breaking the 1/4 mile MPH record, the GM 3800 Series II/III FWD E.T. record, the overall GM 3800 Series II/III E.T. record and becoming the first GM Series II/III FWD vehicle to break 8 seconds.
So they should take notice we are up and comming so get out of the way
that was V6 powered FWD cars wait till they get a taste of V8 powered FWD

You need a contest or else people are going to be left out. Over at NAIOA we have an "Impala of the Month" contest and that's how you get in their calendar. A contest is the only way it would be fair/feasible IMO.

Yeah, an LS4 calendar would be very nice. I'd put some money into it.
It would be nice if we had the support of "The powers that be", but that'll never happen.
Instead of having a competition, those who are interested in having a calendar made could just cover the cost of production.

Should also get in touch with a company that produces them. See how much it would cost to produce and if they need a certain amount to produce it. Also have to know who would be willing to put in money in which case you would need the cost before hand so people would know. Additionally, as Corny mentioned, we probably wouldn't get the support of "the powers that be," however they would still have to okay it you can't just go throwing LS1tech on a calendar without their consent. Unless of course it gets made without any affiliation with LS1tech on it. Alot to look at before going forward.
4 Imps, 4 Montes, and 4 GXP's sounds good. Could do a seperate poll for each as far as the voting goes. Also, someone should be in charge of recieving submissions. That way you're not just having a thread with everyone throwing up pics and people showing up late and not having a fair chance. Have til a certain date to recieve submissions then said person can start a thread with the poll and all the pics. Would work best that way IMO.

Wow 20SS07, you've put alot of thought into this. I nominate you as the calendar chairman!
Seriously though, I have seen several online companies that produce custom calendars from customer provided pics at a reasonable price. It may be worth a look.
As far as getting LS1tech to "approve" an LS4 calendar, our chances are slim to none, and Slim just left town. I say we just do our own thing, and if it's something that others may want to "buy" we handle that transaction far away from here.
Oh yeah! I like the 4-4-4 idea. So long as mine is one of the 4 imps.

I can manage submissions?
You can email them in to me, and when submissions are done, pick a date, I will host them all and then we can vote.
Sound good? All we need to do is know what date and what rules? Like what quality the photo has to be (Pixels)?

Based on what they use for the NAIOA calendar, pic should be a minimum of 1024 x 768 or else it will look like crap when put into calendar form. I was gonna say I could do submissions but if emersonhart wants to that works too.

Good Idea
I know clubgp has been doing it for a few years. Here is the link to the 04-08 calendar for the GP only. I can't see the pics at work but I know a few GXP's are in there.

I would love to have one of just the LS4 cars since I have now joined that club
