Default where/how to check voltage at fuel pump?

Hi, I'm trying to diagnose my fuel pressure problem, namely psi dropping off at wot. From what I've read I should check the voltage at the pump (racetronix PNP unit with power harness connected to battery) I have a trap door cut, but I was wondering how/where to check voltage.

Do I strip the wires going into the four plug connector? if so, which ones? (a pic would be awesome!). Is there a way to put a probe into the back side of the connector without exposing the wires?

I can get someone to hold probes while doing a WOT run or is there an easier way?

Thanks for your help!
