ok i knew this would be a popular topic so i searched it and had some questions answered. i saw that it only helps at the track wit the right shocks does that mean front or rear shocks? is this something that will help alot with hooking up and weight transfer with DRs and spraying off the line? and most of all is it safe to drive the car without the sway bar to the track and home from the track and nowheres else?

I pull it for good race season weather and put it back when I am done,
Typically a few weeks in the spring then a few in the fall.
It handles ok on the street without, but you can definitely tell it's gone.
Then again, I run a huge, heavy Spohn front swaybar.
It helps get weight transferred to the rear and it's a decent weight reduction mod.

Mine hasn't been on in 3 years.. No issues here on the street. But I only drive mine a couple K each year and hit the track 2-3 times a year..
