Guys and gals I just wanna see what brand sprngs you used for your set up. Here's my problem I have the slp eibach springs with the bilstein shocks which came on it as a slp option. As some of you know it gives it a lil lower look but the back seems to be lower than the front. All I really want to do is lower the front another 3/4 to inch. What spring would you suggest to make it happen without having to change out the shock. Thanks for any help.

I ended up with stock rear springs and heater
hose, against Hotchkiss fronts for a decent-
looking rake. You might try the same, it's an
easy enough swap and stock springs cost
about 25% more than their weight in dirt.
Sig pic is with Hotchkiss all around, same
butt-too-low look you're not liking on yours.

I'd like to know what you guys think as well...I'd like my front to be lower than the back but not by a tremendous amount.
bump!

fastmatt you need to throw a set of stockers back on the rear with the hose mod like said above. Your car will have a nice rake. I did this on my 98 car after my Eibachs started sagging in the rears like yours are. This would be the cheap way out or you could go with a new set of springs. I'm running Strano's and Koni 4/4s on mine and I love the stance.

Problem is that I like how the rear sits with the tires all snug without a gap just want the front to have the same gap.

Here's a pic of my car with Strano's so you can get a idea of how they sit. The tires are 275/45 17 front and 315/35 17 rear. Your only option other than heating your front springs or cutting which I do not recommend will be to get a new set of springs.

I'm just thinking about replacing the fronts with a good spring that will lower it another inch. That's all I need. Brw great looking ride shew.

Man, I went and typed a long old explanation, with photos, etc. and it seems to have never made it here :bang:
That said, I went with GoldLine springs on my SS. When I ordered them I remember being told they were avail if differing drops. I went with the 1.75" drop for my car, but I could swear they also had 1" 1.25", 1.5" and 2". The cost was way reasonable and I am very happy with both the stance and the ride they gave me.

Damn, that looks real good.----^
Did you go with the 1.75 drop both front and rear? Did you just get new springs or did you go with shocks or struts too? Did you have to install a panhard rod?

Thanks, I am happy with it :D
Yes, 1.75 drop kit, was about $200 for the set of springs. Didn't change the shocks, but I did run a fully adj. panhard bar, had to else the rear end was off center. I went with the UMI bar.
When I autocrossed the car, I was able to confirm the car is on throttle loose, IE, the car is easy to throttle steer, I was able to drift the car out of most turns, not the fast way around the track, but certianly the funnest(is that a word?)
