Do i need a new tune if i remove the cats? I just traded my 03 cobra for a 99 SS. Moving to the darkside

It have a 454 LSX, the exhaust is kooks 1 7/8 to kooks 3inch catted y-pipe to an SLP dual dual.
Question is if i take off or gut the cats, would it be necessary to have it retuned?
I also am considering going corsa instead of the SLP dual dual?

You will not need a tune per say but you will need to delete your rear O2's from the system and plug the holes or at least get simulators.
