maybe 8 psi ..more is pushing it but people do it. Have the money for a rebuild if you start playing on the stock motor..Any detonation at all say goodbye to stock pistons maybe your turbo as well.

But hey you like to gamble right?

With that big a turbo would be building a real engine. If you must run stock ls1 then add some forged pistons and better piston pins. Or you can do a 370 iron block and use the stock crank just get better rods and pistons.

Or you can play russian roulette with the stock motor. YMMV

thats pretty big for a stock motor...might want to at least throw a set of 6.0 truck heads(317s) on it...i wouldnt go more than 8lbs without meth injection...and even then, that tune better be SPOT on

That's a giant turbo for that thing dude, I'd step down to a 76 if I were you. If it were a forged rig, that turbo would put down some serious power, even stock displacement! 7-8psi to be 100% safe with a GOOD tune, and 60lb injectors with a single 255 will get you enough fuel for mid-high 500's.

7-8 psi from a PT88 thats lags..... I'd rather have a single PT67 if that was the case.

60lbs/hr injectors should be fine, but you will want to add a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator and return line, more then likely a 2nd gravity fed Walbro 255 LPH inline pump too.

i would rethink all efforts back to the motor and
do it once/do it right.
you have the turbo...but you lack motor.
take a step back, breath, and get her done.
