Default Almost finished with my system, but my tweeters are not working :(

I'm now getting a static humming noise from my tweeters, my woofers sound just fine though. I was having this problem yesterday, but the RCA cables were on "R" inputs on the head unit instead of the "F". So when I switched it around, the tweeters began working. But this morning I went to try it, and I'm getting the same problem. I tried switching around the RCA cables with no success. I even heard a slight pop when the headunit turned on.

Anyone know what it could be?

JL Audio VR-650CSi component system

Tweeters wired to the crossover, and then crossover to the amplifier

The amplifier isn't throwing any lights other than the power on light, so it seems to be working 100%

Yes, both woofers are wired through the crossover and working good.

It's just both of the tweeters that are just producing static.

i take it you have all the filters turned off on ur amp atleast for now

basically if ur filters are off and there is no sound either ur crossovers are bad or tweets are shot

or did u wire the woofer and tweeter backwards
