Very very wierd Opti harness questions

Very very wierd Opti harness questions When I jiggle the opti connectors (delteq) it makes a whole s*** load of relays go off, my injectors start clicking, and the fuel pump starts priming. So im guessing if I fix whatever that problem is it will start....
Ok I pulled the engine harness out last night to rewire the injectors because my old ones were not matching and frayed. So I fixed that all along with a new TPS, MAP, ALT, IAC, IAT, connectors. I started it last night and it ran (idling) and revved up smoothly. Now, I had to pull the harness again because I made #2 injector wires too short. Fixed that and noticed my VSS wires were frayed. Fixed that. Now car will just turn over and my battery will NOT hold a charge. Wont even turn over with the 50Amp setting on my charger.
Also, I have signal voltage (5v) at all my repairs, and 12v at all injectors.
