Default Incon Check Valve Placement???

I have my kit just about fully installed and there is a check valve left over. Is it necessary? I have my return going into my low oil sensor. Any help appreciated.

Also, were do I run the vaccum lines from the air filter tubes to? Or can I just cap those?
