With a better launch you'd see the times you should. 13.6 is slow for what you have, but with a 2.0 launch you'd be in the 13.4s. Which would be good for what you have.

You should start seeing 13.2-13.3s with better 60fts. like (1.9s), i think you did very well for the 1st. time out, also think the car is right where it should/would be with those 2.1 60s, MPH is also very good for not having a cam, if you do some more practasing, you'll be in the 13.4s with what you have, thats pretty damn good IMO, you'll spank many cars on the street with those times, knowhere does it mention you have gears, are you still on the 3.42s? If so, then thats VERY damn good.

Do some weight reduction and get some good drag radials, not nittos and you could see very low 13s.

i have no clue, when i bought the car that was the first thing he told me, was polished heads. he said he broke a header bolt in the head so when he went to get it pulled, he had the heads rebuilt while they were already out. the guy he took them too said he would polish them for 100 extra, but why just polish and not port? any ideas?

Good stuff man. If you had gears and a cam you'd be in the 12's, which is a nice thought .
