Default New LT1 Owner

Purchased a 97 Z28 White with Orange stripes Anniv. Edition a few weeks ago. I am really excited about it. I had been looking for a long time for an f-body. I was really wanting a LS1 SS, but I just couldn't turn this car down. It has 35000 actual miles. I got the window sticker, build sheet, and a copy of the invoice from the original owner. The car has never seen rain or snow, supposedly. It is in very good shape. I took it to a car show the 3rd week I had it, and got 1st place in class. It went over real well. Its been dropped 1.5 in back and .5 in front and has Z06 rims. I was wanting to do some mods but I think it is so solid I will just do cat back and maybe CAI. Just thought I would post and say hello.

That's awesome how low of mileage you got, man. How much did it run you? Post up some pics!

M6 The best thing is when I drove it home it was about 200 miles, I got 28 mpg. Thats another reason I don't think I want to do many mods

Yeah, intake and exhaust will only increase efficiency. Not sure if you care about noise, but hi-flo cats could help wake it up a little . Maybe some mid-length headers.

Beautiful car and welcome. You made the right decision. If you have any questions or concerns, you've come to the right place. There's a ton of knowledgeable guys on here with a wealth of wisdom on these rides.
