it's actually been done for a month or two, i just haven't posted it on the forum. we have a 4 inch intake snaking off to the driver's side for the intake. with the fans from the dyno blowing right on the maf it ran pretty rich so since the material (pipe, silicone, etc) hadn't got to the shop yet, we did the temporary dyno filtration system just to see what kinda power she was puttin down.

the headers are from hinson. we did the rest of the exhaust inhouse, and actually kyle who did such a great job on it we ended up hiring him full time lol. so the next LSX swap we do, he'll be doing all the fab work ie mounts/headers etc inhouse. i converted the gto harness to mate up with the nissan harness. obd2 works, ac works, everything works lol. wiring's the headache i enjoy =]

the more i worked on this thing the more i fell in love with the LS motor's. hence my 240z'll be getting an LS + boost hehe

thx for the compliments fellas

take care,
Dave

Very, very, very nice!

Time for bigger brakes???

Ls stuff just plain rocks....will be the benchmark for years to come.

Did I mention how nice that thing is?

hehe, thanks man. yeah, we've already told him he's not getting the car till he upgrades the brakes/suspension being that the fastest car he's ever been in before this project was a mitsu 3000gt vr4 (ehhh ~ 13 sec car lol)

we're also working on a 99 camaro with a gt40 turbo. i'll make another thread with pics and vids of it on the dyno once she's finished. basically just gotta finish up the fuel system in it and tune it so it won't be long

Nice setup. I wouldnt have that solid hookup from the exhaust to the body though. That sucker must resonate like being inside a speaker.
