Default New Head Bolts/Studs

With 5.3L Heads and a 224R cam, is it necessary to upgrade the Head Bolts/Studs?

For an NA application, the only reason to go with ARP hardware would be so that you wouldn't have to buy again if you plan on having the heads off the engine in the future since ARP are not torque-to-yield like the GM bolts.
