I think my LSD is taking a crap
When I am going around corners, my LSD doesn't always kick in the way it should, I end up one wheel peeling around.
is there any way to fix this, or is it just done for? what do I need to buy to get the problem fixed? I noticed that most aftermarket diffs are pretty expensive and require a shorter gear than what I am running.
I have a 10 bolt with 2.73s
Also, how much would my gas mileage get hurt in my A4 if i went to 3.23s or 3.42s
I drive on the highway a lot and don't want to totally kill my mileage.

Just find a used 3.42 rear for around $150-$200 and toss it in there, get a tune for speedo and try it. If you dont like it put your old rear back in and sell the 3.42 rear. since your talking about 3.23 or 3.42s I wouldn't buy the gear($200) and then have a shop install them($250-$350). Thats why I reccomended the used rear.
