search is not working for me. I want to get one of the lightes hood for my bird. I'm also new in these and I don't have much idea about the pin on hoods and al that. can someone explain to me. thanks I don't want carbon fiber . I've have heard suncoast creation are good but a little pricey to me.
any ideas? must have decent fitment too!

suncoast hoods are some of the best out there....

ok now pin on hoods are lighter, but they also are half the hood..they dont have the hood skelaton and they dont have hinges...its exactly what it says (PIN ON)....you pin it on and let her fly...they are a pain and the *** too..they are cheaper yes, but the quality of a fiberglass bolton is so much better and the weight isnt much more....a few pnds isnt going to make a difference..

I had a suncoast hood on my 00 formula!! Great hood and functional! Fit was perfect. It felt 10x lighter than the stocker!. Expensive but worth it!
