Default Sold off the Formula

It's a familiar story... Guy buys a car to make into a street/strip car, and 8 years later it's more strip than street. Add a some breakage to the mix, and it was a convenient point to part the car out and sell it as a roller. The new owner will be putting a BBC in place of the LS6 and run it in a outlaw drag radial class.

Most likely C6Z with cam and headers, and then a 5gen Camaro next year as a simple street/strip car, unless a Challenger deal becomes too enticing.

So, did you sell it with everything or as a roller?

Sold it as a roller with engine and trans, and sold off the turbo kit separately. I still have a WG, BOV a some nice NIB 6 bolt TFS heads (70cc) to sell or trade.

If you are doing cam and headers on a C6Z, you should just go ahead a Procharge it while you are in there.

Maybe a Procharger on the 5G Camaro but not a C6Z but that's just me.

I'd get a ZR1 if you can do so, Car&Driver just did a good comparison between the Z06 and the ZR1. I was surprised by how well it performed in all areas. Bob

Been debating about adding a Challenger to the garage with the Camaro. Not as fast, but they are comfy. The new "lifetime powertrain" warranty on those might actually keep me from modding the crap outta one too
