Default Super Stallions cecil this sat.

Anyone going? We are bringing 3 C6 Z06's as of now. Possibly another C5Z if it gets fixed in time.

Fran, keep a close eye on the "NATS" and Classifieds forums over there.
There's always people who bought tickets that for whatever reason can't race and put there's up for sale (right up until Friday)...a separate "wanted" thread (NATS section) may help also.

They definitely go QUICK though.

Good luck to all who attend. I know a few guys headed down and my buddy Nick "TheHammer" is shooting for some sort of record with his lightning, bolt on or stock blower or something like that.

I will be at the NJFBOA November meet at TTP

I posted here about it a month or so ago when there was still about 100 spots left. Unfortunately, any racer tickets to be had are only from someone who has already prepaid, received them, and has chosen to sell theirs for whatever reason...

Just as a reminder to anyone who doesn't already possess a "Racer Ticket"...

This event is SOLD OUT and there are NO RACER SPOTS available at the gate.
If you just "show up at the gate" expecting to pay & race, you'll be disappointed. Sorry. Next one will be in April 2009 and I'll post up in plenty of time again.

On the brightside...it appears I will definitely not be the only LSx powered vehicle this time around.

FWIW, Spectators are $10 and unlimited...

RESCHEDULED (due to rainout) for next SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23rd

For anyone who wanted to go today, but needed more tickets, couldn't get a ticket, couldn't make it, whatever...There will be PLENTY of spots now available, it appears. Since a LOT of the attendees come from out of state and may have scheduling conflicts, there will certainly be spots sold privately.

Check this forum that I linked, as there is already some being offered for sale:

I'm still torn. Do I try and get a ticket and spend 55 bucks to hang with a bunch of mustangs? Or try a test and tune on friday.

Actually, the question should be:

Should I go on a Friday night to an unprepped track with 100+ imports and hope to get 3-4 runs in, or should I go to a private rental with a variety of much faster cars on a prepped track and get as many runs as I am brave enough to make?

This isn't your "typical" 12-13 second Mustang day, nor is it even an all Mustang day.

Here's pics from this past Spring:

...and last Fall:

Also, I forgot to mention that Tracy, from TRS Photo, (as always) will be there taking high quality pictures just like the ones above. She's gotten a few nice ones of me over the last few years:

Compared to one taken of me by the on-site track guy:

No comparison...

If they are manual transmissions that will be extremely impressive. And well worth the price of admission alone. See so few manual cars break into the 9`s... I will be pulling for them.
