Question Is it my PCM? Please help!

My '96 M6 is sick! It runs for a few minutes and dies.If you leave the key on after this, you can hear the fuel pump, air pump, and injectors click on and off continuously. A handheld scanner told me MAF and ignition. I replaced both and still it does the same thing. Also,I noticed my dash and radio flicker when I crank it over. Is my ECM on the fritz?

If you're any close by I have a 96 M6 back up computer for my 96 SS. Stop by and I can give it to you to try but will need it back as it isn't for sale. I'm in PA 17406 and don't mind to help you out if you need to try and see if it's the computer. Good luck.

mine was doing something like that. It would run for a while and then Idle real bad. I had to stay on the gas to keep it from dying. After a while it would not start at all. It would crank and sometimes start after about 30 seconds of cranking but then die. You could also hear my Fuel pump relay clicking on and off very fast. scanner also told me maf/ignition. Ended up being my CPU, got one on here from a member for 100 shipped, put it in and started right up. Good luck. I also replaced the coil and ECM before the CPU and still the same thing.

I kinda figured that was the problem. Guess it's time for a new worked over brain from Mr. Ed Wright. Thanks again for the help fellas!
