Smile 2004 GTO Cam Only Dyno Numbers

I decided to put my 04 on the dynojet and I was quite happy the mods to my car are in my signature. a vid and pic of the sheet should be up soon. The results were 387.94rwhp@6,300 and 372.73rwtq@5,000 Next mods are ported LS6 or Street warrior and Pro Products 85mm Throttle Body ...with those added looking to try for 400 wheel

Then later add PRC stg 2.5 5.3 heads or another type of heads and UD pulley with around 11:1 compression and try for 440+ wheel What do you guys think ?

Not bad. How are you only cutting a 2.0 60' with DRs? I did that on street tires.

Very nice numbers! I think you definitely have a good shot at hitting 400 rwhp with a couple more bolt-ons.

You sure it is the clutch slipping and not the DR's slipping? Can you smell the clutch burning?

I guess what I'm getting at is some dr's actually need to be heated up quite a bit before they grab (nitto's for example).

Also, make sure you are completely out of the waterbox before you light them up or you'll just throw water up into the wheelwell and then it will drip down onto the tires while you are lining up.

Yea i usually can smell clutch and the pedal wants to almost stick to the floor at the end of the run on 3rd to 4th shift then pedal comes back after cooling and normal driving its just fine only acts up on hard shifts
388 rwhp on stock clutch is prolly pushing it esp since car has over 63k on her my buddy had same prob and replaced clutch and problem went away
