where is the pcm located

where is the pcm located I am going to buy a KnN cone from advance and make my own cai, i need to know if im going to need some pipe and i also need to know if the pcm is located in the stock airbox, and if not is anything else important located in there? thanks a lot
also i have some chrome quad tips that i had on my car for 1 week bought them new and got them replaced w/ stainless steel, the holes r 2 and a quarter i can post pics if anyone is interested. 50 bux, i paid 60 and have receipt.

the pcm and tcm are both in there. you could leave the bottom part of the stock air box in place or fab a plate or somethin to mount them to like the k&n system does.
