Default 2 turbo questions. Turbo size and manifold

I was just comparing different setups of twin kits and i was just wondering how much hp ant tq increase there is with a header style to cast manifold truck/c6 setup per pound of boost. Also for a 402/408 would a big 67mm precision balll bearing be best or 76mm be better for 900 to near 1000 rwhp

I wouldnt worry about the headers/manafolds . But your going to need way bigger turbo for a 402/408 probably almost a 90 to get the #'s you want .

The 408 will pump more air then a 67mm turbo could and become a restriction

twin gt67's will get you ( depending on motor mods)

I figured they would the engine will have 8:5:1 comp forged callies crank oliver rods and nice pistons total seal rings etc. I jut didnt want them to be too big and not workk in there efficienecy range. But i also would like to keep the boost as low as possible to help keep from pushing water. and i want to make sure the back pressure wont be an issue either. Ill be running 2 tial 44 wastegates . i dont want boost creep.

76 will be to big and laggy (imho)...the garrett 67's are
perfect, and are really great units.
are you going rear or front mounts?
