Yeah, mine is aftermarket - Suncoast.
Yeah, defiintely not stock. It was the whole setup from suncoast... something like 800 dollars. Put on by the previous owner.

So it is in fact functionally set up then? I realize this is a stupid question given your post but I have a suncoast ram air that doesnt have the kit installed for it to be functional

Oh, that's odd. Mine is functional with a k&n filter. I think it was actually extra to buy the functionality kit.

My hood doesn't line up properly by the way, there is a big 3/4 inch gap on the right side and barely any on the left. also it is slightly raised on the right side (no accidents at all.)
Could a body shop align the hood?

true, unless im sitting in traffic im usually running at the 1/4 mark on the temp gauge. but i also have an oil cooler.
