What is the power deference between the two?

generally roller TIP rockers only offer less friction on the valve stem which is good..
full roller rockers have needle bearings where it mounts to the stud so of course LESS friction also....that is the reason the Lt4 came with full roller rockers,they reduced "galling"caused by hi RPM on NON roller style rockers..
definately go with FULL roller rockers. not sure of the exact HP advantage,i would say 7-10 may not sound like much but it all adds up!

There was a write-up in chevy high performance about this a few years back. The roller tipped rockers picked up 12 hp and the full rollers picked up 20. Not sure if it was rwhp or flywheel.
