NOT stock LT1 dyno
We took the Wifes LT1 / M6 Camaro to Aftermath Performance for some baseline numbers before the mods begin.
It put down 292/321 SAE We were very happy with the numbers. I was a little concerend with it making the power that it should. I did a backyard rebuld on it and was unsure of it having proper ring seal. It looks like all is well.
The only mods that it has is full exhaust (pace setter LT's, ORY, magnaflow cat back) K&N CAI, and an electric water pump.
Now I need stuff an 8.8 under it

How is it NOT close to stock?
It has three minor mods (exhaust, CAI, EWP)
Stock: heads, cam, rockers, intake, throttle body (no air foil), pullies, FPR, PCM/Tune, clutch, flywheel, trans, driveshaft, Rear end and so on.
I am not making the claim to making the most power at all. I am stating that I am happy with what it put down.
I would like to see the graphs on the cars that put down 310. It is very easy for a savy dyno operator/tuner to skew the numbers up or down with adjustments in the correction factor. That is why I make sure that it is set at 1.0 SAE correction factor, not uncorrected or STD corrected (which will show more power).

like i said the first time they are nice numbers for sure, but saying close to stock i agree is a little decieving.
i mean in reality the car is closer to full bolt on's than full stock.

Stock lt1, stock z28...is anyone so technical that they would distinguish anything between those two? But who cares, those are nice numbers and the mods are almost exactly what are going on my car('94 M6). Now I know a little more what to expect. I think I ran into your wifey on lt1tech. Congrats on finding a girl that has great taste in cars. And, I agree, Nice Cobra.
