Owners manual? Probably just a couple screws and/or retainer clips of some sort.

It's about as simple as it gets. Just take out two 10 mm bolts (I think they were 10 mm) from the top, lift up on the black 90 degree retaining bar and wiggle the headlight assembly out. Then you can disconnect the headlight harness and simply twist the bulb out of the headlight assembly.
Just as a word of advice, be leary of the Silverstar Ultras. I burned through two sets in about 12 months. I'm running the regular Silverstars now and they are holding up.
