Default Beware of Ratech install kits

Paid $90 for a Ratech ring and pinion install kit(for GM 10 bolt) @ Thunder Racing. Had Pyle Brothers Differential do the install.
UH OH, they packaged the wrong size outer pinion bearing (race was the right size), and 2 days after the install the pinion seal had to be changed out.
A word to the wise; check this kit out if you are a D I Y'er.

Yup....mine had the wrong size crush sleeve...would not work, so a bad install wasn't an option, but you've got to check all yer stuff before an install....parts manufacturers are human too.

So much for customer service...

Should've called Thunder instead. They could've probably helped you take care of it.

I did call Thunder, talked to Angie. She told me I would need to contact Ratech. It's a catch 22...

My Ratech install kit had everything in it, I bought it from thunder without any hitches. Worked fine.

I have one of these kits going into my car this weekend. How can I check to make sure I have the right parts in it?
