Yes I did. After talking to the Trick Flow people I think alot of people will be interested in these heads. They claim these heads will produce well in excess of 500 naturally aspirated horsepower!

I can't wait to see results once LE or AI get their hands on a set.

You guys DO know that you can take ANY head, angle mill them and close the valve angle dont you?

Depending on the angle of the angle mill.

Its called "rolling" the head over.

Man have we not beaten the DEAD out of this horse?

What is the price difference between LE and Ai? I am sure there is a difference.

As in life you get what you pay for, it would be like saying "send one set to Larry Meaux and one set to Ai and see who makes the most power"

People dont realize that there are ALOT of determing factors to "making power" and "making power" doesnt mean it will ET at the track.

The ONLY way to settle this is on the same car, same dyno, same day. PERIOD.

You can manipulate the **** out of a dyno, not a race track.

wow buddy hold all your dead horses man, i was just stating it would be nice if money permitted to send a set to both porters and just see what they could do with them, never did i say lets compare and see who's best, just said it would be cool. so you can take your dead horse back and chill out its only friggin 9:30am and this man is already beefin.

Like Katt Williams said very well " Brotha's these days are hard 24/7, it'd be 9:00 and we eating some breakfast and this man is already getting hard at the breakfast table, like brotha how can you be mad about eggs and bacon?

(might be a little off but you get the drift) sorry for beating you 'horse' its all yours king kong.

What else is necessary? Valvetrain going to be ok, headers, what about milling the intake to match? Seriously, what's involved? Heads are going to be touched up anyways, maybe this might be an added benefit.

you will end up with forty-some cc combustion chambers. you would be looking at 12:1 or so on a stock shortblock.

Can this be done with stock pistons? High 40 something cc's or low? Thanks.

not sure on the stock pistons...possibly though. It would depend on how much you can go and how much you are willing to go as to where CC's would end up. this is a topic for discussion on www.speedtalk.com

Search angle milling on here and you'll find some information. I did it about six months ago when I had some ideas.

Back on topic... Anyone have any information or pictures of these heads.

Sure you can.

Along with:

-Milling the intake.

-Either having to choose from a narrower selection of camshafts that have enough overlap to compensate for a dynamic compression ratio that is otherwise sky high, or doing a complete rebuild using blower pistons.

-Pray that your head deck surface(s) are still thick enough that the flame front doesn't cause them to warp.

-Pray that once you get it all bolted back together and dropped into the car, that your headers still fit.

No big deal...

If you have anyone with half a brain for a builder or to check you stuff out it really is NOT a big deal any more then buying them. Head surface is NOT that big a deal on thises heads from what I hear

Add to the list spot face the bolt holes. Yes "I" was personally doing this 20 years ago on SBC stuff....
