Default LS2 block cylinder walls max boot psi/hp/start to balloon Any info on dry sleeves to?

With a ls2 block when do you start to see the cylinder walls start to balloon
Does it just add blow by and lose a little hp ?
how strong are the stock ones ?

Whos running darton dry sleeves ?
If i crack a stock sleeve can i then add dry or wet sleeves to the block to fix it?
When do you start to see issues with the dry sleeves?

Also if you install a 4 inch bore dry sleeve. Then at a later time can it be bored to a 4.125 bore? Or will it cause issues with the press fit in block?
