Default LT1 rear springs with LS1 front springs???

Can i do this? I heard that the LT1 rear springs were stiffer, but still the same height. I may need new springs, so i want to know if i can do this combo. Please post up if you have any info.

Last I read LT1 rear springs are 110Lbs and LS1 rear springs are 114lbs.

I just put LS1 springs in my LT1 all the way around.

You can, I did a LS Swap with a Complete LS front suspension and it jacked my front end up Compared to where it was sitting. The rear Has my Stock LT1 springs so it might lower your rear and give you results looking like this.

Currently

Before the swap with stock springs

I Was told that the spring rates are different thats why the ride height is higher in the front (the reasons why LS1's sit higer then LT1s) so I would recommend just getting a complete set of springs so the ride height matches.

yeah, i heard the LT1 springs were beefier, i guess i was wrong. I dont want to lower my car at all, so maybe ill just keep with the LS1 springs. Where would i go to get a set of 1LE springs, though? I have an SS, but it has a lot of miles on these springs.
