How much power are you making NA and with nitrous? My tuner is telling me that the intank Walboro wont handle over 450 to the wheels with stock lines
I would have to get bigger fuel lines.
So what you are saying is that a Walboro with stock lines will handle my motor thats going to make about 470rwhp and spraying a 250 shot will not run out of fuel.
Thanks

I think I am on your side of the fence . My car should make about 650 to the wheels on the spray My tuner just is worried because he just tuned a badass procharged LS1 with stock fuel lines and a 255 and it fell flat on its face on the dyno at 500. And i guess he just wants to go the extra mile to make sure same thing doesnt happen to my car. But LS1's need more psi than an LTX car correct me if I am wrong?

Even with an LS1 rail and FPR, 255 should have been plenty for 500rwhp.
I'm putting a 255 in for my new 383 so it will support additional power should I decide to add gigglejuice later.
At ~475rwhp (N/A), I figure the stock pump may be a little small, but the lines should be just fine.
The stock pump handled my 390rwhp H/C car without issue.
