Is it safe to tow a camaro with no engine/tranny with a car dolley?(any clearence issues or anything?) The car doesn't have a body kit or anything, just a stock z-28.

Im in the same boat. Have a 98 t/a frame at the house that someone may come by and pick up. Has nothing in it nor does it have its suspension or wheels on it. I would think yes and use tow straps.

No engine/trans should only raise the car up a little higher, still should roll around fine.

When I was parting out my car I moved it without any front kmember/wheels and no rear axle, using only an engine hoist and small roller jack. It was very interesting...

It'll work fine. Be sure to secure the torque arm though if it is not off of the rear end.
