Where, as far as vac lines ,do I need to place a check valve at to protect my engine 98 ls1 Z28?

Place one check valve on the muffler bearing.....and maybe one inline with the crank valve just to be safe

I was thinking pcv. Broke ef was thinking Bov.


But now that the muffler bearing is brought up, could be that to.

To answer the guys orig question. Yes you need a check valve. Get the blue one from napa. Run two of them actually

Also could be the Kanooter valve you are after. Might give one of those a shot.

i would try hooking it up at the henway,
then bypass your booblestat.
it worked for me.

for serious though where you mount that valve has a lot to do with how you mounted your flux capacitor
